Le Colombier

In this 17th-century pigeon house, typical of the Lot-et-Garonne countryside, pigeons were once raised to collect their droppings, known as colombine: a natural fertiliser so prized that it was sold as far away as Paris. Lovingly restored, the dovecote now rises over three levels, from the lounge up to the bedroom tucked away at the very top, beneath magnificent roof timbers.

Facing due south, away from prying eyes and noise, it offers 110 m² full of charm. Under the open-sided roof, the terrace looks onto the large 12 × 6 m pool, which we share with you, secured by a wrought-iron fence.

Ideal for a family, it can be rented for 2 to 6 guests.
