Booking
How do I book?
Online, from each cottage's page, or by writing to us. We reply personally to every request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 30% deposit on the total price of the stay is required when you book.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit of €600 is required.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 2 months before your arrival, your deposit is refunded. Within 2 months of arrival, the deposit is retained.
Getting here
Where is the estate?
At the lieu-dit Pagnagues, 3 km from Montpezat-d'Agenais (47360) on the road to Prayssas, between Agen and Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
From Agen?
About 20 km. From the A62, exit 7 (Agen), then the D13 to Montpezat-d'Agenais.
From Bordeaux?
A62, exit 6 (Aiguillon), then the D666 to Montpezat-d'Agenais.
From Toulouse?
A62, exit 7 (Agen), then the D13 to Montpezat-d'Agenais.
By train or plane?
Agen TGV station, with car hire next to it. Agen airport (25 km) and Bergerac airport (70 km).
Arrival and departure
What time can we arrive?
From 3 pm.
What time do we leave?
By 10 am.
How do we get the keys?
No key box: we welcome you ourselves when you arrive and hand you the keys in person.
On site
Is bed linen provided?
Sheets and duvets are provided and the beds are made when you arrive. Towels are available as an option.
Is cleaning included?
End-of-stay cleaning is available as an option, from €70 to €120 depending on the cottage.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, for a supplement of €50.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included in every cottage.
